Our mission is to provide opportunities for communities to experience the visual arts in an environment of encouragement and dignity. Our vision is to inspire an art full life for all.

More About Us

We’re a federal charitable 501(c)3 non-profit community art school and gallery. We offer art classes for all ages and skill levels. Our gallery hosts rotating exhibits of local and national artists.

When my husband was out of work and we could not afford any kind of lessons – music, art, sports – ArtFusion 19464 came to our rescue with free programs that my kids could enjoy.

Our oldest son has ADD and Aspergers and did not enjoy school, making friends and joining groups was difficult for him. But he was very creative and had a very active imagination that we wanted to encourage. ArtFusion gave him a place to explore his creativity. They gave him a judgement-free zone and the freedom to share his imaginative ideas. No one ever made him feel weird there.
Later, our youngest started taking classes and has enjoyed exploring different media – recycled art, pottery and his favorite – video production. Allowing Creativity to flow.

Now that we are both working, my kids and I have taken different classes and attended many events. There is always something new and different to try. We appreciate the opportunity to give back to a local non-profit that was there for us when we needed it. For myself, ArtFusion is my creative therapy. It is a place I can forget I’m a Mom and a full-time employee and all the responsibilities that go along with those roles. I can be creative, make a mess, try new things, get out frustrations and have something beautiful to take home in the end. Most importantly, I’ve met lots of interesting people, made new friends, enjoyed seeing other people’s ideas come to life, and become part of something bigger than myself.

ArtFusion is more than an art studio, more than art classes, more than an art gallery, ArtFusion is a community and a vital part of Pottstown’s community.

Michelle Bankert, parent of Erin: My daughter is currently a freshman in College studying Architecture. This curriculum entails a lot of attention to detail, creativity and drawing skills. She has recently said to me, “Mom, all those classes at ArtFusion has really helped me with my major. My professors have commented on the details of my work.”

I learned very early on that my daughter had no interest in sports. I wanted to get her involved in something. One day it hit me, she would consistently receive positive comments from her Art Teacher on her art projects. So, that’s how it all started, we found ArtFusion. My daughter started her fist class there 12 years ago. She loves all of the classes that she has taken over the years including, drawing, pottery, their holiday & specialty classes. She adores their staff, who she considers them her “friends”. She loves participating in their fund raising and community service events. My daughter looks forward to spending her free time at ArtFusion.

Rusty and Teri Miller, parents of Josh – Grade 4: We have been extremely pleased with ArtFusion’s Creative Kids art classes. Ms. Erika helped our son to overcome his initial uncertainty about the class, and has done an amazing job of encouraging his uniqueness and creativity. Our son has been introduced to a wide variety of artistic media and styles, and has learned a lot of history about the artists themselves, which he has loved. We are very glad that he has been able to meet other kids who share a similar interest in art, and that he has gotten to know Ms. Erika – an actual artist herself. In fact, we love everything about the program so much that we held our son’s last birthday party there, and Ms. Erika did a wonderful job of getting everyone involved. We would highly recommend Creative Kids for any family.
