More About Us

The Salvation Army Pottstown welcomes all to Wednesday community lunches, builds self- esteem and support, through weekly children’s activities, adult Bible studies and church programs. The Thursday Choice Food Pantry is open for those in need of food. For adults seeking employment, The Salvation Army Pottstown Works program prepares and assists adults seek, obtain and keep employment. The Lessig-Booth Family Residence shelter program keeps families together, off the street and safe while a new permanent home is found. And the Pathway of Hope program gives families confidence in their abilities to cope with crisis, build a support network, and be able to move forward in self- sufficiency.
